Summer hours

Lebanese banks already close ridiculously early every day, with transactions not accepted after 3:30 PM.

But now apparently they’re closing around 2:00 PM for “summer”

Does this mean banks want less of our money during the months of June, July and August?

Or are they just content with the over 120 billion dollars in deposits that they currently have?
